If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a refund for the product. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date that your order was delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in new condition and be in the original packaging.
How to Return a Product
Email your request to us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please let us know your original order # and the product(s) that you would like to return. We will reply with a Return Authorization # and further instructions.
Shipping Your Product Back
All returns for Salford merchandise are currently sent to Arrow Marketing, 15 McLaren Avenue, Cambridge ON N1R 8K9, Canada. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to returning your item. Please don’t ship the product back until you’ve received approval and your Return Authorization #. Once you have received approval, you can send it back via any courier method or we can send you a shipping FedEx waybill for $7.99 CAD fee. The $7.99 fee for return shipping waybill can simply be deducted from your refund amount.
Products that are exempt from returns are;
- Any garment that was ordered with personalization.
- Face Masks, Neck Gaiters, Drinkware (for sanitary reasons)
- Products that we classify as "oversize". This includes stools, top-soil testers, floor mats and outdoor signs.
Receiving the Refund for Your Return
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Salford Merchandise Store doesn’t currently offer exchanges. We are happy to accept returns for most products, then you can simply place a new order for the new product that you would like.
